I found it bulky, and was unable to get it comfy around my waist. Today I tried it with a 8 oz. water bottle. It comes with its own larger bottle. With the much smaller bottle I was able to find a good spot on waist and although the bottle moved in the pocket, Iwas not annoyed by it. I found that the larger bottle filled with water was too bulky for me to run and be comfortable with. Dorton - See all my reviews    This review is from: Nathan Triangle Insulated Angled Holster Waist Pack (Sports) I am a middle distance runner. I do not prefer this hydration belt. It bounced around at the back, which was uncomfortable. It rubbed a chafe mark in the small of my back. It feels rather bulky. I tried then switching it around and wearing it on the front, but that bounced a lot, and slowed my pace. However, if there was nothing else available, then I would have kept it. The positives- it can hold a Razr phone, a key, and ID in the zipper portion. It has a small, reflective swoosh. The bottle did not slip out.
