I used these to clean up all my tubes that had gotten moldy inside. Then I learned a good tip. Keep everything in the freezer!. Now after use, I just clean/rinse and carefully roll up and put in zip-lock bags then store in freezer. I run hot water over everything to quickly thaw and then prepare. Leaving this stuff to air-dry or in the fridge will allow mold to develop. I guessed that the tube of the Platypus has the same diameter and ordered this kit. It works great and with a 40" long brush is much longer than my Camelback tube.
