I am sure most do, but I travel in third world countries and I am sure not washing a class is not a big issue for some.Instead of using the hotel glasses - I use the Summit X Mug. These mugs / glasses take up no room and have practically any weight. They collapse down to nothing and will easily fit in any bag. Each mug holds 2 cups of water. Most people using this type of product are in the outdoors and one thing I instantly learned is that I want a cover for my beverage while camping. I also want my products to be as multi-functional as possible and would have liked ounce marks on the inside, esp. for mixing adult beverages. A handle would be nice too, esp. if marketing it as mug. What is sold here is a cup in my opinion. If someone wanted this to use at the office for the water cooler it would be fine, but for an outdoors environment I'd say go with a different product which is what I ultimately ended up doing. Type in the words "collapsible mug" into amazon and one of the first products that shows up has the features I've discussed here and I feel is a far better product for those using it in the outdoors - it's also about the same price as this. It has a nice wide mouth that make it easy to have the pooch drink from it too. Taken the mugs on backpacking and camping trips. Also taken them on overseas trips - throw into hand carry, use on the plane, use in the hotel room, etc. Easy to clean. No plastic-y smell or taste ... yet.Not sure about the base serving as a cutting board though! |
